This team will be focused on providing support to immigrants and their families, especially those who have a loved one who is detained. Support will include gathering and delivering donations, accompanying folks to ICE check-ins or court hearings or whatever else our neighbors need.

If anyone speaks a language besides English and can provide support with interpretation or translation, this will be an especially useful skill on this team. Public Witness & Action Team

This team is tasked with planning, organizing, and executing public actions, which are commonly known in many faith traditions as public witness. A fundamental part of being on this team is promoting planned events and inviting community members to join the actions (also known as "turnout"). This team also helps with logistics, including materials, programming, social media promotion, and safety marshaling.

We are also asking anyone with any kind of creative talent (music, visual arts, poetry, theater) to join this team. As we stand up against injustice, we also seek to create beauty and joy in the world.
